PourTaste developed the opening cocktail, beer and wine menus for this multi-cultural concept in 2015.   The wine menu focused on obscure varietals not commonly seen while the cocktail menu focused on boutique spirits as the base for each recipe.  As opposed to bourbon, vodka, gin and the other usual suspects, products like mead, Pineau de Charente, sake and more brought a low alcohol methodology and continental influence to this menu.
