"Beverage Director Jon Yeager, of husband and wife team PourTaste, was recruited to help craft a beverage list. His main priority has been to source wines and spirits that can't be found elsewhere in the neighborhood. That means you'll find hard-to-pronounce varietals like txakolina, kiralyudvar and zweigelt plus more recognizable grapes from obscure labels and vintners."
PourTaste developed the wine and spirits menu for an upscale addition to this existing restaurant. Through staff training and a focused PR effort, The Boathouse quickly became known as a destination for adventurous wine drinkers.
